The Student Conflict Support website was created with a Student Services and Amenities Fee Grant for projects that enhance the JCU student experience, awarded to Associate Professor Samantha Hardy and Judith Herrmann from the JCU Conflict Management and Resolution Program. Claire Holland was employed as the project officer. The website provides students with a self-help resource to assist them to manage their own conflict, and also as a referral resource should students need further support.

The website includes some video case studies showing some typical conflicts that students may experience during their time at university, and some different approaches to dealing with these kinds of conflicts.
